These terms are written to keep the archive welcoming, respectful, and safe for visitors, members, poets, and right holders.
The short version

- Read, search, and share links respectfully.

Using the site
You may browse poems, local stories, maps, and community posts. Some features such as writing posts or comments require a verified member account.
Family-site shared account
Dodong Sibidongsan and Giwon-jeongsa are operated together as a family of sites. One account is used across both — your profile, role, posts, and settings move with you, and a single sign-in covers both spaces.
Sign-up, sign-in, and withdrawal
You can sign up with email and password, or sign in with Google. Email verification is required before posting. You may withdraw at any time from My Page; your name will be replaced with a withdrawn-member label, while public records that have already been shared may remain part of the archive.
Member responsibility
Members are responsible for the text and images they upload. Please avoid private information, unlawful content, spam, impersonation, and content that infringes someone else's rights.
Children's poetry contest
Submissions to the children's category require guardian consent. The guardian confirms consent inside the submission form before the work is sent.
Moderation
Posts, comments, or accounts may be hidden or restricted when they harm visitors, right holders, the archive, or site operation. We try to act proportionately and explain when possible.
Changes
As the service grows, these terms may be updated. Important changes will be announced in a way visitors can notice.
Questions, corrections, or takedown requests can go directly to the administrator.
